My job is to give you the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. After several sessions, you will become well-versed at handling issues whenever and wherever they arise. RTT stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy™. It is developed by world-renowned therapist, Marisa Peer. RTT is a hybrid therapy, that embraces many positive aspects of hypnosis, hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It does not stem from just one methodology. It is a unique, one-of-a-kind, layering technique that very quickly achieves outstanding breakthrough with permanent, lasting results. With exceptionally high success rates in treating weight loss, low confidence, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and addictions, RTT has also seen incredible results for infertility, chronic pain, insomnia, fears and phobias. How does it work? RTT works with the subconscious mind in hypnosis. Why? Often emotion wins and we find ourselves falling back to old patterns and making the same new year's resolutions over and over again. In hypnosis, when the thinking mind quietens down, we can find the hidden patterns or beliefs that your subconscious mind is holding. We can then clear out the blockage, and upgrade the beliefs and language, so you feel empowered and free.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require you give no less than a 48hrs notice. If you are past the 48hr window you will not be refunded your deposit. .
