It is a type of ritual purification used to promote a positive energy flow in your life by removing blockages or stagnant energy that may cause your soul distress or dysfunction. It can also recharge your soul by strengthening your connection to the spiritual realm, promoting inner peace, and bringing more clarity, balance, and insight into your life. How is done? I burn some herbs and use some holy alcohol that it’s to cleanse and we do breath work with energy work. The session could run from 20 min to 45 min.
