It can also recharge your soul by strengthening your connection to the spiritual realm, promoting inner peace, and bringing more clarity, balance, and insight into your life. How is done? I burn some herbs and use some holy alcohol that it’s to cleanse and we do breath work with energy work. The session could run from 20 min to 45 min.
