Children’s & Teens Meditation Class

Our complimentary meditation sessions for kids and teenagers have returned. This is a wonderful opportunity for children and teens to learn valuable skills for relaxation, focus, and mindfulness. Our meditation classes provide a safe and nurturing environment where young individuals can explore different techniques to calm their minds and bodies. Through guided sessions, breathing exercises, and visualization practices, participants can develop a deeper sense of self-awareness and emotional well-being. 1st Class starts at 10 am (Age group 5-11)

2nd Class at 11:15 am. (Age group 12-17)
