WHAT IS RTT? 


Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapy, combining the most beneficial principles of NLP, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy & Cognitive Behavioural Therapies to take you directly to the heart of all your difficulties for deep and holistic resolution.


RTT is a relaxing technique where you are in control during the whole session, and I am your guide. Your subconscious identifies the root cause of your issue, and with positive and reassuring wording, you can improve your understanding of your issue.


HOW DOES RTT WORK?

Unlike other therapies, which often work only on the symptoms of the problem and not with the big picture, RTT gets to the underlying root origin of the issue, so it can be resolved at its source.


Underlying issues usually stem from early childhood, where patterns of thinking and limiting beliefs are established before the mind has adequately matured. 


From your first session, I work with RTT to unlock your subconscious and uncover the limiting beliefs that have affected your behaviour and thinking for years or even decades. Effortlessly, you will be able to gain deep-felt clarity around challenges that once seemed impassable. In my sessions, I perform inner child work guiding you to reprogram defective neural networks, transforming them into a blank canvas where the only limit is your imagination.


Using regression and the powerful techniques used within RTT, we can go back to the events that caused the presenting issue and change their meaning in a non-threatening way. Freeing yourself from the control they once held over you, you will leave my session with a sense of empowerment and feeling completely uplifted.

I use RTT with my clients as a more dependable alternative to hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming or Emotion-Focused Therapy. It is almost ten times quicker than Modern traditional therapies. Just to name a few,

Because, to be put quite simply, I love RTT. My BELIEFS in the practice are powerful, and I know it genuinely works in a fast manner. I love witnessing my client's immense growth and watching them change, blossoming into the best version of them in such a short amount of time.


BELIEFS


BELIEFS are stored in our subconscious mind. The beliefs we form ultimately determine how we live our lives. If we have beliefs limiting us and who we are, these beliefs will also ultimately define who we can be. To change our beliefs, we need to access our subconscious mind; we do this by utilizing hypnotherapy and RTT to understand how, why and when beliefs were formed. Knowledge is power! 


This means once we have uncovered your limiting beliefs, we can remove them and restore them with new positive beliefs that benefit you.
